Application for Fairfield Master Association: All applications and fees must be turned in with application to be considered. All application fees are non-refundable. Please be advisedFAIRFIELD AT BOCA HAS A 30 DAY APPLICATION PROCESS TIME FRAME. Fairfield at Boca Master application and fees can be found under the drop down tab MORE and then under Realtor Information. If you are selling your home and your payment is being deducted automactically, it is the homeowners responsibility to send in writting a notice to stop the auto withdrawl. If not received the account will be cahrged until a letter stating otherwise is received.
Please be advised that Court Homes I and Town Homes I require a second application and set of fees along with the Fairfield Master Association. Please contact their management company for specifics.
Architectural Change Request Form Must be submitted to the Board if you would like to change anything on the exterior of your home. All requests are subject to Board approval, and may or may not be approved. This form is for Master request only. Club House Rental Agreement: If you would like to rent the clubhouse for a private event, please turn in the forms below signed, and the (2) payments to the onsite office. Renting the clubhouse cost $150 and we require a refundable $300 deposit
Club House Guest List: The Authorized Guest List is so the guards will know who is to be in attendance at your event, without having to call you for authorization. Please submit this form to the guard house (24) hours PRIOR to the event.
Fairfield Request Form: If any resident has a request or complaint in regards to the Fairfield at Boca property, please fill out the Official Request Form and submit it to our office for review. Any requests/complaints NOT submitted on this form will NOT be accepted.
Automatic Funds Transfer Form: If you would like to benefit from Automatic Funds Transfer, you can fill out the Automatic Funds Transfer form below. If you need assistance in filling our the form, please call the main office and speak to Giovanni who will assist you in setting this up (954) 426-0151. You can email the completed AFT form to Giovanni at email@example.com . Access Control Form - New residents must be completed and dropped off form at the onsite office. This informational form is needed to update the new residents into the system to allow access into the community and onto webguest to allow guest into the community.
